Released on May 25, 2024, this set is named after the two legendary figures from original manga volume 51 — Silvers Rayleigh and Edward Newgate (Whitebeard) — with Rayleigh finally making his long-awaited ONE PIECE Card Game debut as the set's top chase Comic Parallel.

The set contains 125 cards + 1 Don!! card in total, with high-rarity highlights including 2 Secret Rares, 10 Super Rares, and 6 Special Cards. The undisputed top chase card is Silvers Rayleigh Comic Parallel — the first-ever Comic Parallel of the legendary Dark King, featuring the iconic scene of Rayleigh seeing Luffy off — an extraordinarily rare pull commanding strong collector demand worldwide.
