Orders

By placing an order, you are submitting an offer to purchase. SORA Cardshop reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. An order is not confirmed until we have processed your payment and sent an order confirmation.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. Should we need to cancel or modify your order, we will make every reasonable effort to notify you via the contact information provided at checkout.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. By completing a purchase, you confirm that the products are intended for personal or household use, and not for commercial resale or export.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time of purchase and confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping fees, customs duties, or import charges.

Promotional pricing and discount offers are governed by their own terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's terms and these Terms, the promotion's terms shall prevail.

By completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that: (i) the payment information you provide is accurate and complete; (ii) you are duly authorized to use the selected payment method; (iii) any charges incurred will be honored by your payment provider; and (iv) you will pay all applicable charges, including taxes and shipping fees, at the prices displayed.

Shipping & Delivery

All estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. SORA Cardshop shall not be held liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon handover to the shipping carrier. Once dispatched, responsibility for the safe delivery of goods lies with the carrier.

Intellectual Property

All content available through our Services — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, video, audio, trademarks, and the overall design and arrangement thereof — is the property of SORA Cardshop or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Relationship with Shopify

SORA Cardshop operates its online store using Shopify's platform. All transactions conducted through our store are made directly with SORA Cardshop. Shopify is not a party to any sale and bears no responsibility for any aspect of your purchase, including product quality, delivery, or any resulting loss or damage.

By using our Services, you expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, and damages arising from or related to your transactions with SORA Cardshop.
