Ordering
Select the quantity on the product page and click "Add to Cart." Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your order.
Account registration is optional, but it is recommended for order history tracking and checking delivery status.
Changes or cancellations are possible only before the order is shipped, and cannot be guaranteed.
If changes are made shortly before shipment, the order will be shipped 1–3 business days after the change. Please contact us as soon as possible.
For some products, carton purchases are available. Please contact us via the inquiry form if you are interested.
Yes, we accept pre-orders for upcoming products.

Please note:
  • Pre-order items will be shipped after the official release date.
  • If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available.
  • All pre-orders are final and cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.
  • Full payment is required in advance.
Payment
Credit card (Shopify Payments), PayPal, and Wise are accepted. Pre-order items can only be paid via Wise.
No, there are no additional fees.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship to overseas destinations only. Domestic shipping within Japan is not available.
Usually, orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding some items).
No. We do not ship on weekends or Japanese public holidays due to shipping company schedules.
After shipping, delivery usually takes 2–3 days (may vary depending on region and customs clearance).
FedEx or DHL. Tracking numbers will be provided by email when the order is shipped.
Products are wrapped in bubble wrap cushioning. Additional padding is added to fill the gaps in the outer box.
Each order is shipped in a separate package.
We are not responsible for damages caused during shipping, as this is the responsibility of the shipping company. If the product is damaged upon arrival, please contact the shipping company directly.
Contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
To prevent tampering, please record a video showing the contents of the package clearly when opening.
We take photos of the package contents at the time of shipping for verification. If items are incorrect or missing, we will issue a refund or ship the missing items.

No. We currently sell Japanese and Chinese versions only.
Yes. All products are new and unopened, or the condition is clearly stated.
Yes. Pokémon card prices fluctuate frequently, so prices are subject to change daily.
No. We currently do not offer gift wrapping services. Multiple items can be shipped together with simple packaging.
Yes. PDF receipts can be issued upon request.
Customs & Taxes
For shipments to the United States, we ship using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

United States:
  • A 10% customs duty and 1% handling fee by the shipping carrier will be charged in advance.
  • These fees are included in your total payment.
  • You will not be required to pay additional fees upon delivery.
Other countries:
  • Customs duties and import taxes are not included.
  • Customers are responsible for paying any applicable fees upon delivery.
