Shipping Policy

Handling Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation.
Please note that handling times may be extended during public holidays or peak periods. We will make every effort to notify you of any significant delays.
Shipping Methods
We ship via Japan Post, DHL, and FedEx. The available shipping options will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
• One tracking number is issued per order.
• Orders assigned separate tracking numbers are shipped individually, each incurring its own shipping fee.
• To combine items into a single shipment, please add all items to the same cart and complete them in a single order at checkout.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country's customs processing or local conditions beyond our control.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and selected shipping method. Please refer to the checkout page for applicable rates.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may be levied by the destination country at the time of import. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid in accordance with local regulations.
SORA Cardshop has no control over customs processes and cannot predict what fees, if any, may apply. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs authority prior to placing an order.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to restrict or refuse shipments to certain countries or regions at our sole discretion, including areas where reliable delivery cannot be guaranteed or where local regulations prohibit importation of our products. Customers will be notified if we are unable to ship to their destination.
Loss & Damage
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, SORA Cardshop is no longer responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at team@sora-cardshop.com within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee compensation for damage caused during transit.
Please note that we do not automatically include shipping insurance on orders. If you require insurance coverage, please contact us before placing your order to discuss available options.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. SORA Cardshop is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs arising from an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment fees incurred.
Returned Shipments
Shipments may be returned to us due to customs issues, refusal of delivery, incorrect address, or failure to collect. In such cases:
① We will notify you as soon as the returned package is received.
② Reshipment: If you wish to have the order resent, both the original shipping fee and the reshipment fee are payable by the customer.
③ Refund: If you opt for a refund instead, the original shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
④ Any carrier fees incurred during the return process are the customer's responsibility.
Force Majeure
SORA Cardshop shall not be held liable for any shipping delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, civil unrest, war, pandemics, government actions, or carrier disruptions. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to communicate updates and resolve the situation as promptly as possible.
